In order to create the most successful cosy interior design in your home, we have to study your tastes and preferences in detail, take into account all the requirements and wishes for the future home and discuss its purpose, i.e. the functionality of the future design. When developing the design of a house or cottage, we primarily rely on your style preferences, lifestyle, profession and family composition. All these nuances should be agreed upon to ensure that the renovated space is not only beautiful, but also as comfortable as possible in everyday life.
Photographing the projected area
After getting acquainted with your wishes and plans for a new home, we visit the object and take photos of the premises in order to design it in the form of a 3D sketch and subsequently implement everything we have planned.
Detailing the requirements for the design of the premises
The next step is to discuss the main goals and functional tasks of the room, how you see your renovated home, what kind of atmosphere, colour scheme and style should prevail there. Our experienced specialists will also advise you on the layout of the room, its zoning, and lighting. Everything to the smallest detail will embody functional aesthetics and ergonomics. It is important to think through every line, texture variation and interior design elements so that everything emphasises the overall style of the area, while avoiding unnecessary details that will overwhelm the living space.
3D visualisation
When we already have all the information about the desired interior design, we start creating graphic drawings and three-dimensional images of everything that will be in the room: from additional partitions to wall clocks. This allows you to imagine your dream home as realistically as possible, so you can make adjustments at the initial stage if the owner wishes.
Thanks to 3D visualisation, such a project of the future interior will help you to evaluate all the details more thoroughly: the placement of furniture, the play of light and shadows, and the combination of textures. Attention to detail will allow you to get a complete picture of the atmosphere of the room with a new design.
You will feel as if you are actually in your own, but updated and refined apartment, spacious house or cosy restaurant that you have been dreaming of for so long. And, as you know, what you visualise will certainly materialise.
Development of working drawings of the design project
Taking a closer look at the basic design project, we can distinguish the following components:

- furniture arrangement
- image of the ceiling with sections of each room
- plan for the placement of electrical networks with point bindings in each room
- location of lighting with bindings of each room
- scheme of plumbing communications for each room

- scheme of doorways
- air conditioning system
- way of placing kitchen appliances
- colour and style solution
- plan of sanitary facilities
Each of these elements is accompanied by a calculation of the required materials. Full visualisation of the interior is carried out in 3D Studio Max. The term of the basic design project is agreed with the customer and on average lasts for 40 working days.
